The holiday proper falls on Saturday the 15th — the day all of Italy is at the beach, or wishing it was. No tickets, no set menu, no fuss. Just the Ferragosto menu, a busy room, and the closest thing to an Italian summer you'll find on Collins Street in August. Come as you are.
