THE COAST COMES TO COLLINS

La Costiera is the Amalfi coast: lemon, scampi, salt air and lunches that run into the evening. Ours sits on a New York-Italian table, so the lobster comes in a roll, the scallops are baked in nduja butter, and the sea bream is steamed and finished with ginger and spring onion. Three dishes beside the à la carte menu, with two whites by the glass and one cocktail for the season.

La Costiera runs through the busiest weeks of the year: end-of-year lunches, the last Friday before Christmas, and every long dinner in between. Order from the Costiera menu beside à la carte, or for ten or more, talk to us about a group menu with the season on it.
