Truffle season has arrived!

This year, we’ve got our hands on plenty of the good stuff – really fragrant, flavoursome, locally sourced black truffles. And for a limited time, we’ve created some special dishes to highlight our favourite fancy little fungus. 

Kick things off with Lasagna Bites, complete with truffle mayonnaise. Follow this up with our Cacio E Pepe Rigatoni – house-made rigatoni, tossed with creamy black truffle sauce in a That’s Amore Granamore Italian cheese wheel and finished with fresh Australian black truffle.

Don’t fancy pasta? We got you covered, feast on a 500g Aberdeen Angus Beef Ribeye with Madeira and black truffle jus. Finish off with our house-made Truffle + Tonka Bean Tiramisu.

If you can’t get enough of truffles, add freshly shaved local black truffles to any dish for $8 per gram.

We’ve also selected a beautiful Cannubi Barolo to perfectly match this deliciously trufflesome range of dishes.
